Terms of service

Who we are. These terms are an agreement between you and Marko Vrtunić, who runs yoursocialboost.com. By placing an order you accept them.

What we sell. We deliver social engagement (such as likes, followers, views and comments) to a public page, profile or post on the platform you choose. You give us a public link. We never ask for your password or access to your account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of these platforms.

Platform rules. Please read this. Most platforms' own terms restrict or forbid buying engagement. Platforms may remove delivered engagement, lower a post's reach, or restrict an account, at any time and for their own reasons. We can't control that and can't promise it won't happen. Our refill window covers drops within 30 days of delivery; it does not cover action a platform takes against an account. You decide whether to order, knowing this.

No promised results. We deliver the quantity you order. We don't promise more followers, sales, reach or income beyond it. Delivery starts as soon as possible after payment; delivery times on the site are typical times, not guarantees.

Your part.

If you are under 18, you have a parent's or guardian's permission.

The link is public, correct, and points to an account or content you own or are allowed to promote.

You keep it public and unchanged until delivery is complete.

For comment services, the text you supply is yours and lawful.

What you may not use us for. Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual; anything involving minors; impersonation or fraud; manipulating elections or public political debate; or promoting accounts or content you have no right to promote. We refuse or cancel such orders, and refund them only as the Refund Policy allows.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are final; no VAT is charged. Payment is in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, including PayPal USD (PYUSD) on Ethereum or Solana, the US dollar stablecoin you can hold and send from a PayPal account. PYUSD is sent to the payment address like any other coin; we don't accept card or PayPal cash payments. The price is fixed when your order is created, and you have 60 minutes to pay; after that the order expires. Promotions show the reduced price and the lowest price of the previous 30 days, and end at the time stated.

Refunds and refills. See the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Complaints. To complain about an order, email admin@yoursocialboost.com with your order number. We confirm receipt and reply within 2 business days, and resolve complaints within 15 days, as Serbian consumer law requires. We keep a record of every complaint and how it was resolved.

Our liability. We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, as described. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what third-party platforms do. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one live when you placed your order.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the law of your country. Contact admin@yoursocialboost.com first; we aim to resolve any issue within 2 business days.
