Who we are. yoursocialboost.com is run by Marko Vrtunić. We decide how your data is used. Contact: admin@yoursocialboost.com.

What we collect, and why.

Email address: to send your order confirmation and status, and answer you. Legal basis: contract.

The links you order for: to deliver the service to that page or post. Legal basis: contract.

Order details (services, quantities, prices, time): to fulfil, refill and refund orders, and keep accounting records. Legal basis: contract; legal obligation.

Payment status from NOWPayments (payment id, coin, amount): to know an order is paid. We never see card or bank details. Legal basis: contract.

Account login, if you create one: to show your order history. Accounts are optional. Legal basis: contract.

Contact form messages: to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Technical logs (IP address, browser, time): security and fixing errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We never ask for or store passwords to your social accounts.

Who processes it for us. Supabase (database and sign-in), Hostinger (hosting), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Resend (email), Umami (visitor statistics, hosted in the EU, no cookies). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of them process data outside Serbia and the EU; where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the provider's standard contractual clauses.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build advertising profiles. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies. We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in if you have an account. Our visitor statistics (Umami) set no cookies and don't identify you.

How long we keep it. Order records: until the end of the fiscal year in which the order was placed. Accounts: until you delete them. Contact messages: 12 months. Technical logs: 30 days.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email admin@yoursocialboost.com; we answer within one month. Some order records we must keep for accounting even after a deletion request. You can also complain to a data-protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country.

Age. There is no minimum age. If you are under 18, use the service with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Changes. If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Significant changes are announced on the site.
